THE “FUR HAS LANDED” 2019 TOUR!
Tickets for the “FLYING FUR” screening event are $15 and portions of the proceeds from all sales go to the organizations featured in the film: Flying Fur Animal Rescue, Wilson County Humane Society, and Animals-R-Family Dog and Cat Rescue.
Our “FLYING FUR” event in Concord starts with a half-a-hour meet-and-greet session in the lobby of the Red River Theater. The two directors, Alicia Wszelaki and Matthew Nothefler will be in attendance. Plus, one of the canine stars of the film, Teddy, will be there as well!
A 10 minute introduction of the film and local animal rescue/shelters will take place in the screening room.
The film program is 40 minutes long. The screening opens with a short animation film about animal adoption entitled “BILLIE” (4 minutes), and continues with the feature “FLYING FUR” (36 minutes).
The event concludes with a 10 minute Q&A with the filmmakers and a half-a-hour socializing session in the lobby.
The total run time of the event will be approximately 2 hours.
